Get involved

Their are a number of ways you can get involved. First there's our main meeting which is aimed at equipping you for evangelism. Especially good for familiarising yourself with the Gospel. Mondays 7.15pm in Res Bar 1.

 

Secondly there's always the prayer meeting, where we pray for all the CU events going on, pray for the campus, pray for evangelistic opportunities, pray to see people saved and pray for other CU's across the region, the country and across the globe.

 

Thirdly we put on evangelistic events. Some of these are open for you to bring friends along such as quiz nights so please do. The other evangelistic events are where we go out onto the campus to specific areas or groups such as text a washer upper.

 

Fourthly you can pray for the work of the CU even if you are unable to attend any of the meetings or events.

 

And fifthly, but not least importantly (very importantly) you can help finance the work of the CU through gift days or regular giving. If you know the grace of God in your life and have some spare cash lying around, may I humbly suggest that it could be used to help aid the CU in its evangelistic work.
